Under France's strict AGEC Law (Loi Anti-gaspillage pour une Économie Circulaire), plastic processors in the Paris metro area face stringent recycled content mandates. Our high-concentration PE masterbatches offer custom carrier matching (rPE, virgin PE) to preserve mechanical integrity while enabling 100% recyclability.
Paris remains the world capital of cosmetic luxury. Masterbatch requirements demand microscopic particle dispersion, precise chromatic repeatability (Delta E < 0.3), and compliance with European cosmetic contact standard EC 1223/2009 for high-end closures, bottles, and compact cases.
With major European automotive OEMs operating design centers around Île-de-France, demand for engineering-grade color masterbatches with thermal stability up to 260°C, non-migration properties, and long-term UV resistance is at an all-time high.
Tailored masterbatch processing formulations optimized for the specific machinery, thermal profiles, and output requirements of French manufacturing hubs.
Industrial converters in Northern France and the Paris basin producing agricultural films and heavy-duty shipping bags require masterbatches with zero moisture content, ultra-high filterability (low pressure value), and uniform melt flow index (MFI) matching LDPE/LLDPE substrates.
For industrial containers, caps, and electrical enclosures manufactured in suburban Paris industrial zones, exact dimensional stability (zero warping/shrinkage) and high color homogenization under fast cycle times are essential engineering parameters.
Infrastructure modernization across the Grand Paris Express transit project utilizes HDPE conduit and corrugated piping that demand extreme environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) and carbon black weatherproofing.
Pioneering the next decade of sustainable, smart, and functional masterbatch additives for the European market.
Replacing traditional carbon black with Near-Infrared (NIR) transparent dyes, allowing automated sorting sensors in French recycling centers to easily categorize post-consumer black plastics.
Transitioning standard fossil-fuel PE carriers to 100% sugarcane-derived bio-PE and PLA carriers, drastically lowering the total Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) for European buyers.
Utilizing high-shear twin-screw nanotechnology to reduce pigment agglomerates below 5 microns, maximizing color strength while cutting pigment consumption by up to 15%.
Integrating oxygen scavengers, UV-blocking agents, and anti-microbial properties directly into multi-layer PE color formulations for extended food shelf-life.
Bridging large-scale industrial manufacturing capabilities in Changzhou with reliable delivery networks serving Paris and Western Europe.

For Polyethylene (PE) processing, utilizing a carrier resin with a slightly higher Melt Flow Index (MFI) than the base polymer matrix ensures optimal shear breakdown and pigment distribution. Our masterbatches utilize premium LLDPE or LDPE carriers with tailored MFI levels (ranging from 10 g/10min to 25 g/10min at 190°C/2.16kg), ensuring streak-free dispersion without altering the tensile strength or structural integrity of your finished blown film or molded parts.
Die-lip buildup and screw degradation are primarily caused by poor pigment dispersion, high moisture levels, or low-grade wax additives. Jiazhou masterbatches incorporate ultra-refined PE waxes and processing aids alongside micronized pigment powders (< 10 microns). This formulation minimizes internal friction, reduces melt fracture, and drastically extends machine operational time between maintenance cycles on high-output French extrusion lines.
Thanks to our high pigment loading technology (up to 40%-50% active pigment content), our standard recommended Let-Down Ratio (LDR) ranges between 1% to 4% by weight, depending on target opacity and wall thickness. For opaque packaging films, a 1.5% - 2% LDR is typically sufficient, delivering significant cost savings per ton of processed resin.
Standard orders are manufactured and undergo lab QC within 7 to 10 days at our Changzhou facility. Sea freight from Ningbo/Shanghai to Le Havre port takes approximately 28–35 days, followed by rapid customs clearance and inland truck delivery to Île-de-France facilities within 48 hours of port arrival.
